This short journey through Rishikesh, Bikaner and Gangtok with the ups and downs, the missed trains and taxi rides, the heartbreak and the mending of old friendships, the quarrels and self-discovery, sweeps Jaya and Yogi away, and indeed us...。本節目是個以「迎新小隊」作核心，紀錄他們幫助街坊鄰里的真人騷節目。「炮竹一聲除舊歲」、「年廿八洗邋遢」、「賣懶！賣懶！賣到年三十晚！」華人的傳統就是喜歡送舊迎新，將舊而有不好的事情趕走，希望透過「清潔、整理和斷捨離」等方法法，象徵著大家一同迎接美好的未來。每一集將會走到有不同「掃除」需求的嘉賓（市民）生活之中，了解他們意欲摒棄或者清理的東西為何物，無論是皮膚、家居、小店、人生、關係等，只要能清理的都一應俱全。到最後帶嘉賓到「迎新小隊」的「清潔部屋」中，吃一頓以「清」精心設計代表「送舊迎新」的慶祝飯，讓每位嘉賓分享清潔成果。。
